Meet Kassandra

Kassandra has been tending to women’s bodies through intuitive touch for the past 7 years. She began her practice offering massage in Golden Bay, New Zealand, and over time was drawn into supporting women experiencing reproductive imbalances, stress, and disconnection from the body through both hands-on bodywork and emotional support.
Guided by curiosity and deepening study, she developed a form of treatment she calls WombTherapy. A slow, attentive, and nurturing bodywork practice that supports regulation of the nervous system and a felt sense of safety, presence, and reconnection to the body, heart and womb.
Her work is centred on creating a warm, grounded space where clients can soften, process, and reconnect with themselves in a way that feels respectful and supportive.
She has currently returned home to Canada and is tending to women in St. Albert, AB.

How WombTherapy Works
WombTherapy is a gentle, specialised form of bodywork that supports women in reconnecting with a sense of safety, ease, and presence within their bodies.
Kassandra approaches women’s wellness, embodiment, and reproductive health with care, curiosity, and deep respect for the sensitivity of this work. Sessions are slow, attentive, and grounded, allowing the nervous system to soften out of holding patterns and into a more regulated state of rest and receptivity.
Her work supports a felt sense of coming home to the body; place where breath deepens, tension unwinds, and warm self connection is slowly rebuilt from within.
Many women find that as they reconnect to this inner sense of safety and embodiment, their overall wellbeing, rhythms, and vitality begin to shift in subtle and meaningful ways creating a more fruitful life.

What does a session look like?
WombTherapy sessions begin with a gentle check-in, followed by intention setting and, if desired, prayer to help orient the space. Sessions often include light craniosacral-inspired touch to support the nervous system in settling into a state of rest and receptivity before moving into slow, attentive abdominal and body-based massage.
The work focuses on slow, intentional touch through the abdomen, pelvis, and surrounding structures to support circulation, lymphatic flow, and a deepening sense of awareness and connection within the body. Many clients experience a gradual softening of holding patterns in the belly, hips, and pelvic region, along with an increased sense of warmth, space, and internal ease.
From there, work may extend into the legs, sacral area, and back of the body to support grounding, spinal ease, and full-body integration. This portion of the session often supports the release of deep tension patterns held in the nervous system, allowing for a felt sense of spaciousness and relaxation throughout the body.
Each session is tailored to the client’s needs on the day. Some sessions are more restorative and gentle, while others allow space for emotional processing or deeper somatic release. If needed, more time may be spent in specific areas depending on what the body is presenting.
Deep sessions are recommended when emotional processing or longer integration is anticipated.
Please note that WombTherapy does not include any external or internal vaginal work.
